Government AI that citizens can actually use

Chatbots, document processing, lab interconnection, and hospital diagnostics — resident AI partnership, not a pilot graveyard.

Public sector AI fails when it optimizes for announcements instead of appointments. A press release is not a service. A pilot that never reaches residents is a cost center with branding.

In Guyana we built citizen-facing assistance, intelligent document processing, nationwide lab interconnection, and CT/MRI-assisted diagnostics for a new hospital network. The work sits where people already wait — counters, clinics, labs — not in a parallel demo environment.

Residency over pilots

The goal is residency — becoming the AI partner for the national data center vision — not a six-month pilot that dies in procurement. That means security reviews, operator training, and systems that still run when the vendor meeting ends.

Citizens do not experience your architecture. They experience whether the document cleared and whether the lab result arrived.

Document processing matters because government latency is paperwork latency. Lab interconnection matters because diagnosis without shared results is guesswork with better lighting.

If your government AI story cannot name a citizen outcome, it is not ready for production — and it is not ready for the public trust you are asking for.
