Haki Drive Videos and Google data

Haki is MK Consultant Group's private operator tool for uploading prepared videos to Google Drive, verifying their file bytes, and creating clickable email previews that open the video in Drive. Its Google connection uses the limiteddrive.filepermission to create, read, update, and manage sharing for files it creates or the operator explicitly selects. It uses video content, file identifiers, and viewing links for this workflow. It does not request Gmail access or access to the entire Drive.

Videos are stored in the connected Google Drive account. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally in the operator's rclone configuration with owner-only file permissions. Video metadata, links, file hashes, and preview images are also stored locally. Anyone with access to the operator account or computer may be able to access this data.

Only selected published files are shared with anyone holding their link, not the entire Drive or parent folder. Recipients may forward links or download videos and do not need to connect their account to Haki. Google processes uploaded files under its policies; the email provider receives the preview image and link when an email is sent. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Haki's use and transfer of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Files and local records remain until the operator deletes them; there is no automatic retention deadline. You can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not delete uploaded or shared files, local records, sent emails, or recipients' copies. The operator can delete Drive files, remove link sharing, and delete local records separately.
